Congratulations Hafeezah :) I don't know you, but I had a similar trajectory for a while in med school too...and I did manage to salvage it, and today I read out of curiosity and not for exams and that really does wonders for me. Trust me, there is something my school principal once told me. "Some people don't shine in school but post that in the real world".
