I am currently following the 'delegating to the environment' method for my daily exercise routine. I put on my headphones, an interesting podcast or songs and do the allotted time. That way it doesn't feel like a drudgery. I am not exactly someone who enjoys exercising, so trying these hacks. Also there is the motivation of wanting to feel fit.
