I am not contesting you here as you are more educated on the subject. However, I have often felt that women are biologically designed to be nurturers. From carrying the baby in their womb, breast feeding etc. Of course the father plays a role post that, but there are some things only a woman can do. And evolution hasn't changed that aspect. The whole part about some women being unfeeling and uncaring and unempathetic may be exceptions to the norm.
About other stuff like sexual desires or doing a supposed man's job as well as him I suppose was always a natural instinct or ability but we were culturally conditioned to take up certain roles and the society automatically became prejudiced over time to such cultural perceptions. Even then, there are exceptions in terms of physique when it comes to women doing manly stuff that requires pure muscle power. Not saying it may not be possible, but just differences in terms of how we are biologically designed.
Good and interesting read by the way :)
