I no longer follow MSM. I remember towards the midst of covid, I was so irritated with news channels that this is exactly what I told my mother-who needs an hourly news update, "If I can't make a difference, it is no point watching and lamenting". Sometimes I am happy being that proverbial Ostrich with it's head buried under the sand when stuff gets too overwhelming.
