Maybe you can listen to some good music in your break time or go for a walk. It is supposed to not only refresh you but also help with the creative process. I just joined medium recently. I don't write on Medium everyday but I read articles here everyday and scribble in my diary. If and when I come up with something coherent enough to be published, I put it here.

I sometimes also use social media for finding writing content as in my take on certain topics etc. , anything that can get the creative juices flowing.
