The issue is people will always want and need a leader and each one of them will be a permutation and combination of the above qualities. It is about choosing the lesser evil sometimes. There isn't exactly a way out of these cult games. The moment you are vociferous about someone's pitfalls, you are threatening their existence and that no one takes kindly to, irrespective of who the leader is or it has to be someone totally objective, self reflective and honest. And that is wishful thinking.
