That restaurant analogy was on point. Got me thinking. I usually have my main ingredients while cooking in place and then scout for the little ingredients while at it...Also, not so much now, but sometimes have multiple tabs open in my head and end up juggling between tasks. I can do with more organization in both aspects. Good read :)
