There is something I do. I do not really differentiate between men and women. I know there are biological differences, but when I am interacting with someone the gender does not exactly seem relevant to me. I talk to a male colleague just the same way I talk to a female one. I think it is the meritocracy of the words and actions that should count. If we all did this, we wouldn't need feminism or have patriarchy. Just see someone as an other human.

We are too compartmentalized today in every arena with 'Us Vs Them' kind of outlook.

Pathologically curious, I say it like I see it.
