This is so true :D We make a right diagnosis and feel invincible and even better when somebody else has got it wrong , like we just found the holy grail everybody else was searching for...Honestly, it gives me immense satisfaction.

I don't understand shaming when it comes to teaching, but one upping somebody as a challenge or for curiosity's sake is always welcome and in my opinion even 'healthy'.
