You will get there girl :) Keep working on yourself and picking up whatever skills you can in the process. I am glad you have a friend to help :) This is something I tell myself. I don't think it takes very long to merge with a new place. Maybe a few months to a year max. That's the period one feels out of place. You are young and bright and motivated. I am sure you will do well :)
